STILL TRYING TO GET WELL..... SIGH

SOME OF YOU KNOW AND MOST DON'T THAT I HAD BACK SURGERY IN JANUARY. COMPLICATIONS AND CAUSED ME TO NEED BLOOD TRANSFUSIONS, SURGERY WAS 2 HOURS LONGER, NEW HARDWARE WAS TRUCKED OVER TO BE USED AFTER THE EMERGENCY. THEN IF THIS WASN'T ENOUGH, I WAS GIVEN FOOD BEFORE MY STOMACH WAS AWAKE. SO I GOT DEADLY SICK AND WAS RUSHED BACK TO THE HOSPITAL AFTER BEING DISCHARGED. MY STOMACH WAS THEN PUMPED AND I LOST NEARLY 20 POUNDS IN 3 DAYS. SO ANOTHER WEEK IN THE HOSPITAL. NO FUN! AFTER STARTING TO RECOVER FROM ALL THIS, I GET BRONCHITIS AND THAT LASTED ANOTHER 6 WEEKS. AND NEXT CAME A STRESS FRACTURE IN MY FOOT. I WAS TOLD WHEN YOU HAVE SURGERY AND THEN COMPLICATIONS ADDED TOO THAT YOUR BODY IS DEPLETED OF IT'S CALCIUM. UGH. I DID NOTHING TO CAUSE THE FRACTURE. SO I'M IN AN ORTHO BOOT TO MY KNEE, AND A BACK BRACE. I LOOK A MESS! AND CAN'T EVEN TELL YOU HOW BAD MY BACK STILL THROBS. MY FOOT AFTER 3 WEEKS IS STILL SWOLLEN. PLEASE KEEP ME IN YOUR PRAYERS. THIS HAS BEEN A LONG JOURNEY FOR RECOVERING. I DON'T FEEL GOOD ENOUGH TO DO MUCH CARD MAKING LATELY. SO THAT HAS BEEN WELL MISSED! I TRY TO DO THE NEEDED CARDS FOR THINGS COMING UP AND THAT IS ABOUT IT. TAKE CARE.
