Look who's turning 4

This is my first mega spellbinder die card to make.  I made this one for my grandson, Kirin who will be turning 4 on Thursday.  Sizzix die stars, Bazzill ribbon, scrap paper, button from my stash. Computer generated sentiment with a #4 rub on.  Green is Kirin's FAVORITE color!

WISH BIG

Digi image is by Saturated Canary....  She is such a beautiful image to color. I uploaded in the first photo the image that I had first colored before the shading around it.  I wish now I'd of left the image just plain.  I am sending this card to my all time scrapping friend, Cynthia that introduced me to card making.....  She is turning the big 55 on Thursday.  She shares my grandson's birthday too!  Liquid pearls used for highlights.  Image was colored with Copics with prisma pencils shadowed around it.

Liebster Award

thank you, Debi... for this blog connect!
It was an awesome thrill to open my email, click on my friend's name, and find this sweet message from you!
As a newbie, I stand in awe of all of the blogs I read, and cannot believe you chose my blog to be recognized for the
Liebster Award !!!
Thank you Debi for your friendship and encouragement!  Your emails and posts always lift me up and make my day extra special.
This award is for blogs with less than 200 followers,
and the recipient should pass the award on to 5 more bloggers.
Choosing 5 more bloggers was a VERY difficult task for me, because I become so inspired by so many creative people!
Most of all, I love receiving the tender notes from new friends and old friends,  and I soak up their encouragement as I continue to make cards and do scrapbook pages.
Hopefully, through my feeble efforts at blogging, I pass on to others some of the encouragement I've received!

So now, I pass this award on to those I enjoy following, hoping each of you realize how much I love reading of your adventures and creativity.

This list is absolutely in no particular order...

Liebster Conventions:
*Thank your award presenter on your blog
*Link back to the blogger who presented you with the award
*Copy and paste the award to your blog -
*Present the Liebster Award to 5 blogs that have fewer then 200 followers that you think deserve to be recognized
*Let them know by leaving a comment on their blog

Be Mine

Hi there.....  This is another of my little valentines for grandson#3....  Connor Bear will be getting this card.  I wanted to give him a cute little turtle since they are stationed in beautiful Hawaii...  He loves the beach and seeing the sea turtles.
I used prisma pencils to color my image.....  Forgive my photos lately as my son took my camera to see his brother and family in Hawaii.  So I have been using my iphone....
Thanks for taking a peek!

Valentine Tilda

Entering card into the Magnolia-licious Challenge here
And also in the Manolia-licious highlites challenge here

I am loving this cute Mini Tilda.  Since I send out quite a few Valentines it is nice to use a mini to color for them.  I used spellbinders to accent a frame for the card base.  Colored with Copics and just added a little felt heart and some flowers/ribbon.
thanks for dropping by.
