EXPLOSION CARD

My very first Explosion card box to make. I used beautiful pp by My Mind's Eye. Tildas were colored with Copics. Rubons and rhinestones are by Basic Grey. Buttons are from Blla Bella.... The heart charm is a long time saved charm from my stash waiting for the perfect project. Stickles were used on the wand star of Tildas. A heart punched from cork was colored with my Copics.

LAKE TAHOE

May and they got snow! In this picture this is BEFORE the snow....... Isn't it beautiful?
We arrived last Friday and will be leaving on this Friday. We are in AWE every time we go outdoors and see the landscape. Imaginine waking up to this daily! We've had fun site seeing and we have a couple more days of fun planned. I dread to leave!

A fun card to make using a Magnolia image. Colored in Copics to match pp's by My Mind's Eye. Sentiment stamp is a $1 stamp from Michaels. Ribbon by MS that I crinkled up with my new method... Stick pin from my stash of beads. This card is going postal to a long time card making friend.

Happy Anniversary to my hubby! 38 years today....

Image is so fitting for this card by Hanglar & Stanglar.... since Bob was a retired Naval Officer! I colored the images with Copics. The flower I made from Organza. American Crafts chipboard letters. SPOOKY WEATHER

We are here in Jackson, TN visiting grandsons and daughter-in-law.... Oh my the weather has been horrible. We were awakened around 2:30 today with sirens alarming and eventually forced into the storm cellar below the house. A tornado was spotted very close by. The sirens have alarmed almost nonstop since early hours. Power went off too and finally back on. We've received over 10 inches of rain since midnight and expected 3 more in the next hour. People's yards look like rivers running through them. So many flooded roads and power outages. Tomorrow we leave to drive back home to Louisiana. It is not going to be favorable driving since the weather isn't to improve by tomorrow... ugh. Keep us in your prayers to get home safely!
